Content Complaints & Removal

Casanova Media takes every report seriously. Anyone can file a report, whether or not they have an account.

Every performer on Devoured is 18 or older and consented to appear. If you believe any content shows a minor or someone who did not consent, report it immediately. That content is taken down while we review it.

1. What You Can Report

Content you believe shows someone under 18
Content that was recorded or published without someone's consent
Content that shows you and that you want removed
Content you believe is illegal for any other reason
Copyright infringement (see section 4)

2. How to Report

Email support@devouredx.com with the subject line "Content Removal Request" and include:

A link to the content, or the scene title
The reason for your report
An email address where we can reach you

If you are the person shown in the content, tell us. We may ask you to verify your identity so we can act on your request. Your information is kept confidential.

3. What Happens Next

Confirmation: we confirm we received your report within 2 business days.
Immediate takedown: content reported as showing a minor or as non-consensual is removed from the site while we review it.
Decision: we review every report and tell you the outcome within 7 business days.
Permanent removal: content confirmed to be illegal or non-consensual is removed permanently.
Authorities: reports involving suspected minors are reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement.

If you disagree with our decision, reply to our email. A disputed report is reviewed again, and content involving a possible lack of consent stays offline until the dispute is resolved.

4. Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

If you believe content on Devoured infringes your copyright, email support@devouredx.com with:

Your name and contact information
A description of the copyrighted work
The URL of the content you believe infringes it
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are the owner or are authorized to act for the owner
Your physical or electronic signature

5. Pirated Devoured Content

If you see Devoured content posted on another website, email support@devouredx.com with the link. We will pursue removal.
