Refund & Cancellation Policy

Devoured is operated by Casanova Media. This policy explains how to cancel your membership and when you can get a refund. It is part of our Terms of Service.

1. How to Cancel

You can cancel anytime. There are no cancellation fees.

  1. Log in and go to your My Account page.
  2. Click Cancel Membership and confirm.

You can also cancel by emailing support@devouredx.com from your account email. We process email cancellations within 1 business day.

2. What Happens When You Cancel

  • No future charges will be made.
  • You keep full access until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
  • Your access ends automatically when that period ends.
  • You will receive a cancellation confirmation by email.

3. 14-Day Refund on Your First Purchase

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial membership purchase.

To request one, email support@devouredx.com with:

  • The email address on your account
  • The date of the charge
  • Your membership plan

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment processor, CCBill. Your access ends when the refund is issued. Depending on your bank, the refund may take 5–10 business days to appear.

4. When Refunds Are Not Available

  • Monthly renewal charges. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
  • Requests made more than 14 days after the initial purchase.
  • A second refund request. Refunds are limited to one per customer.
  • Accounts closed for violating our Terms of Service, including account sharing or redistributing content.

5. Billing Errors

If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged the wrong amount, email support@devouredx.com. Confirmed billing errors are always refunded in full.

6. Please Contact Us Before Disputing a Charge

If something is wrong with a charge, email us first. Most issues are resolved within 1–2 business days.

Filing a chargeback or dispute with your bank closes your account immediately, and you may be blocked from creating a new one.
